2nd INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON EMPIRICAL AND THEORETICAL RESEARCH (ONLINE)

Reviews

Words fail to express my profound gratitude to the organisers of ICETR-2020. From the very day I registered for the international conference, I have been constantly guided and supported by you people. Even though, you were the first to announce and organise such an International Conference completely on Online mode during the Lockdown of Covid-19, you made it a grand success. Efforts taken by the entire team is this regard is really commendable.
What you conducted, were well planned and arranged right from the announcement of the conference. There were clear cut guidelines for the submission of the abstract and also for the full paper. Directions given through zoom meetings and interactions with the organisers sorted out all our apprehensions and confusions. You were always there to respond to our queries at any time. The idea to collect PPTs well in advance itself indicates your dedication so that there may not be any interruptions during the presentation session.
We were given the golden chance to meet the Nobel Laurette and really privileged to hear from such an eminent scholar and all other experts. Presentation sessions were arranged in slots and time schedules were given to us. The session was really informative and interactive. In spite of the heavy rain and thunder in Kerala, I successfully presented my paper. Critical evaluations and comments were received from the panel members. It was a nice, memorable and great experience for me.
Everything went on well, as per the schedule given to us. Its really a moment of pride to all of you. Of course, you might have confronted handful of difficulties in the smooth conduct of this conference, I really appreciate all of you for its successful management.
Apart from this, you shouldered the responsibility to publish our papers in reputed journals. Still, you are in close touch with us by giving timely information regarding the modifications and corrections of the same.
This is something ‘different’…Actually its “organisation”. Hats off the entire team. I also learned a lot from you. Thank you…Thank you very much.

This was our first experience of attending an online International Conference.
It was only after the lockdown that we had started using online platforms and we were not really used to the same. Hence we were a bit anxious about our presentation in the international conference.
There was a WhatsApp group made to facilitate communication and the best part was a meeting was held before the conference. The organisers explained how to record the presentation with voice over. I really appreciate the efforts taken and in the process we learnt and explored various options to record our presentation.
The idea of keeping a recorded presentation was really thoughtful because sometimes participants may face internet issue and may not be able to present the research paper. This was a backup plan devised and I think it worked very well.
Finally, we could present it ourselves but we had mental peace that if something goes wrong our recorded presentation is already there with the organizers and they will be doing the needful.
I congratulate the organizers for inviting reputed Resource Persons for the inaugural as well as the valedictory function. The speech at the valedictory function was really a memorable one.
There was a session by Nobel laureate which was a great opportunity for all the participants.
We have been told that we can publish our paper in an international journal with significant impact factor. Other papers will be published in an Indian journal recognised by UGC. This was really a good part about attending this conference.
Broad areas for the research presentation gave an opportunity for a lot of faculty to present their papers. The audience benefitted by listening to the varied topics and the organisers had made a point of informing the participants that it was necessary to attend three sessions.
The registration fee was a bit high especially when this was an online conference.
This was a memorable experience for both of us as we bagged the Best Paper Presentation Award in our session.

ICETR-2020 was well organized and articulate. What attracted me was the choosing of the Chairpersons in the Paper presentation session. They were very proper, commented and judged the paper on merit. Thank you ICETR-2020 for providing me the opportunity to present my paper as the technical session was well organized and was full of quality.

Hello, myself Mr. Vishal G. Nangare, Head, Department of Zoology, Siddharth College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Fort, Mumbai-23, take this opportunity to give feedback on 2nd International Conference on Empirical and Theoretical Research organized by International Board for Education, Research and Development.
The conference was conducted online on 4th and 5th June 2020. Before the conference to be conducted the whole team of IBERD had been very much supportive in guiding for submitting the abstract and related components. Conference was online hence for as a ferside organizer had asked for voice over presentation of research to be submitted during conference which made an easy and convenient mode of presentation for participants. Not only that if anybody had failed to do the same might be due to some technical issues the whole presentation had been read by Ms. Roopa Rao ma'am. This shown that how much the whole team of IBERD was concerned about the participants and their valuable presentations. During conference parallel sessions were going on as the conference was multidisciplinary and all the Guests of Honors, Chairpersons and co-chairpersons were very much good and parat their excellence. The whole conference had been organized well planned and went smoothly without any technical glitch. Though it was online we didn't feel that it's going online since the whole session was so nicely organized with home friendly atmosphere. Personal reminders were given to the participants before their presentation to be start and after presentation question answer sessions were also fruitful. Being International conference participants were from various countries of the world and then to each participant has been given special attention and team had been supportive in all the aspects. After successful completion of conference Certificates to the participants and winners had been provided within time and also further process of publication is also going on smoothly. I feel I'm lucky to be a part of this conference and personally would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Meenkashi Gurav, President IBERD, Dr. Bhushan Langi, Secretary, IBERD, Mr. Mahesh Deshmukh, Ms. Roopa Rao and each one involved in the conference on the screen and behind the screen who made this conference memorable and excellent with grand success, forgive me for missing some names who are involved in the conference. At the end I would like to say "Unity Pays.." Once again I thank all the members involved in the conference and the team IBERD. Thanks and regards.

Hi, I am Geetha Suresh, Curriculum Designer and Mentor, currently pursuing my Ph.D. in ergonomics design from Bangalore. It was completely a different exposure and experience to be part of ICETR-2020 team. When I go to the brochure from IBERD through a common friend, I was little reluctant to sending paper as it was completely an online conference mode and was not sure of its outcome. But to be very honest it was the most memorable experience of all the conference I have attended in my last 20 years of academic life. Right from the abstract selection announcements, to forming the social media groups and updating the participants, payments all were just at a click away. So, smooth the entire process. The best part which I admired and conveyed to many other forums to follow was their back up plan of the Power Point presentations with the recorded version. That was really a wonderful thought. Bringing in the Noble laureate as the speaker was a dream comes true to most of us. As being part of conference/symposiums organizing committee members for many years, and I could vouch that, this one ICERT-2020, went on so well as per the schedule without any hiccups of internet down or speakers not audible, etc. Well planned conference and was given due respect to all participants and presenters. I was very happy the way my presentation went and got the Best Paper Award. My chairperson and co-chairperson were asking questions and giving suggestions, which gave the real feel of being in the auditorium. Being online, some of us had a few doubts about the presentation. But it was a perfect delivery by all the participants and all were very diligently followed the schedule. Keynote speakers, Plenary sessions, all were well thought and planned. Speakers of great repute gave wonder ful insights. Overall a very good experience. Only thing I missed in online mode was Mumbai’s Vadapav and even in strolling Marine drive.

Association with ICETR-2020
Around 11th May 2020, I contacted ICETR along with my colleagues to be the part of Research paper presentation.
It was the first time that I interacted with ICETR organized by IBERD for our research paper through my dear Mrs. Roopa Rao.
I received immediate response from them and was asked to send an abstract work required in the education field that we selected. When I forwarded the abstract, I received a quick reply from Mr. Uttam. We were sent guidelines and templates required for the same.
As soon as abstract was approved, I and my colleagues started working for the main paper. On 14th May 2020 we received an email from ICETR about in which Journal they plan to publish the research papers. We all worked hard on this research work as we received an International platform. I can’t forget how much I bothered Roopa madam with all sort of doubts n queries that I had. She too was patient enough to answer them. Once the research work was submitted on 30th May 2020 we received the full schedule of how ICETR are going to conduct the presentation ONLINE on 4th and 5th of June 2020. All the details regarding which classroom we would be in, who would be the examiner to the timing were provided. Not to forget to prevent any glitch of technical issue, we were also asked to submit the voiceover recording of the paper presentation in advance to avoid wasting of time. The challenge was not only for us to learn new technological way but also for them to manage everything. The group was formed and all the details were emailed as well as messages were sent.
Madam Meenakshi (President, IBERD) too helped and guided us to make necessary corrections in the paperwork post presentation.
My gratitude to the team of IBERD and ICETR for giving us the platform to present the research work.
Thank you for well planned, organized and well executed session and the cherry on the cake was to have heard the expert in the field Prof. Richard Roberts who have been awarded a Nobel prize, enlighten everyone with his knowledge and shared the experience.
The staff, the coordinator was very helpful, accommodative.
Hope this association with you grow better every year!
